Event production is everything technical and physical that turns an event plan into a working show: the stage your speakers stand on, the lighting that sets the mood, the sound system that carries every word to the back row, the LED screens playing your content, and the show caller cueing each moment so it lands on time. If event planning decides what happens, live event production is what makes it actually happen in the room, on the night, in front of your guests.
A full event production package typically includes staging and set construction, lighting design and rigging, audio systems and engineers, LED walls or projection, video and content playback, show calling and technical direction, plus the crew to bump in, rehearse, run and bump out. Stage & Set Design
Custom stage builds, branded backdrops, lecterns, catwalks and scenic pieces — designed around your venue’s load-in limits and your brand’s look. We draft, build and dress the set in-house, from ballroom stages to outdoor structures for roadshows.
Lighting Design & Rental
Lighting plots, rigging, consoles and operators. Clean, camera-friendly wash for conferences; full dynamic looks for gala dinners and award nights — moving heads, washes, uplighting and specials, all cued to the run sheet.
Sound & Audio Production
PA systems, wireless microphones, mixing consoles and the engineers to run them. Speech-intelligible audio for a 50-pax seminar or full-coverage sound for a 1,000-guest dinner — scaled to the room, not the catalogue.
LED Walls & Projection Mapping
LED video walls, projection, media servers and playback operators. From a single presentation screen to mapped scenic surfaces for a product launch reveal — content tested and frame-synced before doors open.
Live Show-Calling & Technical Direction
A dedicated show-caller runs your event against a minute-by-minute cue sheet — lighting states, audio stings, video rolls, walk-ons and walk-offs — with a technical director owning every rehearsal and the live run.
Hybrid & Virtual Event Production
Broadcast-quality streaming for hybrid town halls and virtual conferences — multi-camera switching, live graphics, platform management and remote-speaker handling, produced from the same control desk as the room.

We take your brief, walk the venue, and map power, rigging points, load-in routes and sightlines — the constraints that decide what the show can be.
Design & Technical Plan
Stage renders, lighting plots, audio specs and a full equipment schedule, costed line by line. You approve the design before anything is built.
Build, Rehearse, Cue
Bump-in, set build, system tuning and a full technical rehearsal. Every cue is written into the run sheet and rehearsed until it’s boring — that’s the point.
Show Day & Bump-Out
The show-caller runs the event, engineers ride the room, and the crew strikes the set the moment the house lights come up. You get a post-event report, not a mess.
