The Short Answer

One Organiser. One Throat to Choke. Zero Vendor Roulette.

A corporate event organiser in Singapore typically charges 10–20% of the event budget, or a fixed fee from S$3,000. Total budgets: a 200-pax dinner & dance runs S$25,000–80,000, a family day S$15,000–50,000, a conference S$40,000–150,000+. What the fee buys: venue negotiation, 12–20 vendors managed under one contract, a scripted run-of-show, and a producer accountable on the day.

The average corporate event involves 12–20 vendors: venue, caterer, AV, staging, entertainment, emcee, décor, photography, transport, printing, gifts, registration. When you organise it yourself, you are the project manager of a supply chain you run once a year. When something breaks on the night, everyone points at someone else.

A corporate event organiser absorbs all of that. You get one contract, one run-sheet, one producer on comms on the day — and the leverage of a team that books these vendors fifty times a year, at rates and responsiveness you won’t get once a year.

Haute is a full-service event management company in Singapore: we organise corporate events end-to-end, and we have done it for ballroom galas of 800 and town halls of 80.

FAQ

Corporate Event Questions, Answered

How much does a corporate event organiser cost in Singapore?
A corporate event organiser in Singapore typically charges 10–20% of the event budget as a management fee, or a fixed fee from S$3,000 for small events. Total budgets: a 200-pax dinner & dance runs S$25,000–80,000, a family day S$15,000–50,000, a conference S$40,000–150,000+. The fee buys you vendor negotiation, a single point of accountability, and a producer on the day — most clients find the vendor savings alone cover it.
What is the difference between an event organiser and an event planner?
In practice, the terms overlap — both plan and run events. The useful distinction in Singapore: an organiser takes end-to-end ownership (venue, vendors, production, logistics, run-of-show, show-day management) while some planners stop at concept and coordination. Haute is a full organiser: one contract, one team, one accountable producer from brief to teardown.
What are the best corporate event themes for a Singapore company?
The themes that consistently land with Singapore crowds: Great Gatsby (glamour photographs well), Around the World (works with multicultural teams and food stations), Heritage Singapore (Peranakan and retro-SG — great for milestone years), Neon/Retro (high energy, younger crowds) and Hollywood Awards (pairs naturally with staff recognition). The best theme is the one matched to your crowd demographic and venue — we shortlist 2–3 with moodboards at proposal stage.
How far in advance should we book a corporate event organiser?
For D&D season (October–December), engage 6–9 months ahead — hotel ballrooms and the best entertainers book out first. Conferences and large family days need 4–6 months. Smaller events can run on 6–8 weeks. Early engagement also saves money: venue rates, vendor availability and production lead times all improve.
Can you handle just one part of our event, or only end-to-end?
Both. Most clients hand us the whole event — that is where the coordination value is. But we also take scoped engagements: production-only (stage, AV, show-calling), entertainment-only via our entertainment team, or venue-and-logistics support where your internal team keeps the programme. Scope it to what your team actually needs.
Do you organise events outside Singapore?
Yes — regional corporate events and incentive trips across Southeast Asia are part of our MICE work: Bangkok, Bali, KL, Jakarta and Hong Kong most often. We bring the same producer-led model, working with vetted local partners for venue, AV and logistics while keeping one Haute producer accountable to you.
